A Featured Link
So I have the goal of having an organized wardrobe that works and doesn't make me stand in front of it crying. Who doesn't have that goal? So I often like to search the internet about wardrobe organizing and strategy. Today I found a great list that is extremely practical. Here's the rundown:
Top 10 Things You Must Have to be Stylish featured on SEWNmagazine.com:
1. The Perfect Haircut
2. A Way to Change the Perfect Haircut
3. A Properly Fitted Bra
4. The Perfect Black Dress
5. A Core Capsule
6. The Accessory Jacket
7. Casual Bottoms
8. The Perfect Pump
9. Throw On & Go Tops
10. The Perfect Coat
Don't end it here. Check out the website for further information on each of these. I really think the writer has got some excellent points and plan to use them.

Have you had any good experiences with any of these points that you would like to share? Feel free to comment. I will comment on the perfect haircut point. I found a haircut that fits me and my lifestyle and I can't imagine changing it. I found, though, that I am not immune to hair boredom. One hates to admit these kinds of things because it seems like happiness is never found. Not the case. We women just like variety. So if it's just parting your hair on the other side, working your grown out 'do that is a week from a trim or whatever, it is sometimes necessary and we just have to accept it.
On another note regarding hair, one friend told me something I hope to never forget. When you think it's your hair that is causing your woes or you are bored of it, instead of doing something drastic, go buy a new outfit. There is a balance. If you need a new hairstyle, well then a new outfit will not do the trick but it could allay some of the boredom we suffer from.

polyvore.com
So polyvore.com is a super cool website where you have access to a never ending sea of clothing pics. You can drag these pieces over to your work space and create outfits down to the nail polish and eye shadow if you care to. It is really fun and great for experimenting with styles and pieces of clothing that maybe you've always wondered about and now you can lay it out with other things to see what it could mesh with.

Blog Merger
When I first started blogging I got so excited about it that I created 2 blogs. I mostly wanted to design another one after the original (this one) and so the blog youareglamazing.blogspot.com was born about 30 minutes later. After much thought, I have decided to merge the 2 and keep annie.blogspot.com
The you are glamazing blog consists mostly of outfits I've created on polyvore.com and now they will be added here instead. Those and hopefully other fashion posts will be welcome here. I think the word "consolidation" has been appropriately applied.
